MARYLAND TRAINING
Armed guards working in the State of Maryland who are RENEWING their armed permit must complete 8 hours of classroom and range training. You must be employed by a security guard company in order to renew your Maryland armed guard permit.
Maryland ENTRY LEVEL ARMED GUARD – called ‘WEAR & CARRY’ training is being held at the Maryland Small Arms Range. Click on ‘www.msar.com’ link below for more information.
The firearms training certificate must accompany your application.
